Amanda Feldt-Smith takes part in internship through Career Ready Internship grant

During the Fall 2014 semester, Carthage College student Amanda Feldt-Smith of Kenosha, WI, participated in an internship with the Kenosha Poet Laureate. The college received a grant worth nearly $150,000 that allowed students to be paid for internships that otherwise would be unpaid or unavailable.

Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation awarded the Career Ready Internship grant to Carthage for a second year.
