Amy Bruckbauer won a Fulbright fellowship

Carthage College student Amy Bruckbauer was awarded an English Teaching Assistantship to Bulgaria through the Fulbright U.S. Student Program.

Sponsored by the Department of State, it is the premier program of cultural ambassadorship for American students and young scholars. Fulbright grants support research projects, creative endeavors, and English language teaching in more than 100 countries.

Recipients were recommended by the Carthage Fulbright committee and passed through two rounds of competition at the national level.
