Herman Abban named CCIW Player Of The Week

The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin announced Feb. 7 that Carthage's Herman Abban has been named the CCIW's Men's Tennis Player of the Week.

This is the first award of the year for the reigning CCIW Player and Newcomer of the Year, and the third Player of the Week honor of his career. Abban, a senior from Accra, Ghana, went 3-1 to open the spring season over the weekend.
