Jessie Bingaman wins SEAL's Female Leader of the Year Award

Jessie Bingaman of Arlington Heights, IL won SEAL's 2013-14 Female Leader of the Year Award.

The Carthage College SEAL Awards recognize leadership and excellence in activities. This is a chance for the student body to nominate students and advisors who greatly contribute to the Carthage community.
