Maple Grove Senior High student presents at National Conference on Undergraduate Research

Katelyn Risch of Maple Grove Senior High was one of 28 Carthage College students to present at the 2017 National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR), which was held April 6-8 at the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. NCUR is the country's largest conference dedicated to undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative works in all disciplines.

Katelyn presented "Inspiration And Imitation: The Role Of The Poet In The Paradox Of Creation".

Carthage students at NCUR represented a wide variety of disciplines. At the conference, they gave either oral or poster presentations, received feedback on their work, learned more about available career options, and viewed other research in their fields.
