Milwaukee student presented at Carthage College's Diversity Institute

Ryeshia Farmer of Milwaukee presented at Carthage College's Diversity Institute. Ryeshia 's presentation was titled "The Minority, Its Movement, and the Vitality of Political Involvement".

The Diversity Institute is a student development opportunity consisting of a series of sessions on a variety of diversity topics such as race, gender, privilege, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, and accessibility. Students who attend five or more sessions receive a certificate of completion at the Students Excelling in Activities and Leadership Awards ceremony held each spring.
