Naperville student wins diversity award at Carthage College

Charlotte (Lottie) Brooks of Naperville recently won the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Student Advocate of the Year award at Carthage College. The award was presented to her at the April 28 Celebration of Scholars event.
