Samuel Tomten presented at National Conference on Undergraduate Research

Samuel Tomten of Carthage College presented research at the 2014 National Conference on Undergraduate Research from April 3-5 at the University of Kentucky.

This year, 29 Carthage students from a variety of academic disciplines were selected to give presentations. Attracting more than 4,000 students, NCUR is the country's largest conference dedicated to undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative works.

At the conference, students gave oral or poster presentations, received feedback on their work, learned more about available career options, and viewed other research in their fields.
