Sean Kelly earns Certificate of Merit at Theatre Festival

Sean Kelly of Hastings, MN was part of an ensemble that earned a Certificate of Merit for Excellence in Performance at the Kennedy Center's Region III American College Theater Festival for work on the Carthage production of "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels."
